Hi - recently got a BI TAD unit installed and it's very similar to Scram (in fact the court called it Scram, I imagine akin to calling tissue Kleenex. I can ask if a judge would be open to the ION instead, but I imagine it must be approved by the court system (or the 3rd party administrator, in my case Home Confinement Inc.). Do you have any insight into the process in getting this approved by more courts nationwide?
